So the big 3-0 is looming like a dark and ominous cloud. I know I need to get more healthy - drinking water daily, exercise, diet correction. UGH!!! Why!! Why can't I just have the same body and metabolism as 23-year-old Jess? It really isn't THAT much to ask, is it? *Sigh* Ok, Fine. You would think drinking water daily isn't an achievement. But when you go from drinking a litre a week, to a litre a day - I regularly high-five myself. Also because I'm cool, and sometimes you deserve a high five - even if no one is around. As for the exercise, weeelllll *twiddles thumbs* I am working on it. And lastly diet correction. I love food, my body also loves turning it into fat - it's a serious issue in my life. Luckily, for the most part, I don't suffer from the same cravings as normal people. I don't do chocolate, or sugar, or carbonated drinks - simply because I don't like the taste.
